摘  要:思政课系统培养学生正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,在大中小学课程设置中统筹推进大中小思政课教学的有效衔接,教师教育一体化是关键。以系统论、教师专业发展以及教师职业生涯为理论研究的基础,通过对思政课教学中存在问题的剖析,从加强思政课教师教育一体化意识培育、建立模块化思政课教学体系、组建高水平的教师队伍联合体、加大“全实践”育人力度、注重思政课教学评价的贯通性五个方面分析,为大中小思政课教学的有效衔接提出对策和建议。The ideological and political science class systematically cultivates students’correct worldview,outlook on life and values,and the integration of teacher education is the key to promoting the effective articulation of ideological and political science teaching in an integrated way in the curric-ulum of schools and universities.Based on the theoretical research of system theory,teachers’profes-sional development and teachers’career,through the analysis of the problems in the teaching of ideo-logical and political science courses,we have started from strengthening the cultivation of the aware-ness of the integration of ideological and political science course teacher education,to establish a modu-lar ideological and political science course teaching system,to set up a high level of teachers’team consortium,increasing the strength of the“all-practice”cultivation of people,and to focus on the inte-gration of the evaluation of the teaching of ideological and political science courses,ideological teach-ing evaluation of the coherence of five aspects of analysis,for the effective articulation of ideological teaching countermeasures and recommendations at primary,secondary and tertiary institutions.
