摘 要:目的探究微视频结合急救护理模拟(emergency care simulator,ECS)情景教学法在麻醉科护士抢救技术培训中的应用效果。方法2022年8-12月,选择广州中医药大学第一附属医院麻醉科36名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数表法随机分为对照组和试验组,各18名护士。在麻醉意外抢救技术培训中,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用微视频结合ECS情景教学法,比较两组麻醉科护士抢救技能综合考核成绩及对教学方法的满意度。结果试验组麻醉意外事件应急处理理论知识成绩为(87.67±6.31)分,抢救操作技能考核成绩为(96.22±3.12)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组对教学方法能够调动学习积极性满意度得分为(8.78±0.73)分、可提高病情观察能力的满意度得分为(9.39±0.61)分、可提高综合抢救技能的满意度得分为(8.83±0.71)分、可提高团队协作能力的满意度得分为(8.72±0.83)分、可提高抢救流程应用能力的满意度得分为(9.06±0.80)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论微视频结合ECS情景教学法能够更好地提高麻醉科护士综合抢救技能,并获得护士的认可。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video combined with ECS situational teaching method in the rescue technique training of nurses in anesthesia department.Methods From August 2022 to December 2022,a total of 36 nurses from the anesthesia department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.There were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 18 nurses in each group.In the training of anesthesia accident rescue techniques,the control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used micro-video combined with ECS situational teaching method.The results of comprehensive assessment of rescue skills and the satisfaction of teaching methods were compared between the two groups of nurses in anesthesia department.Results In the experimental group,the test scores of the theoretical knowledge of emergency management of anesthesia accidents was(87.67±6.31)points and the test scores of rescue operation skills was(96.22±3.12)points,which were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).In the experimental group,the satisfaction score of nurses in anesthesia department for teaching methods that can stimulate learning enthusiasm was(8.78±0.73)points,the satisfaction score for improving disease observation ability was(9.39±0.61)points,the satisfaction score for improving comprehensive rescue skills was(8.83±0.71)points,the satisfaction score for improving team collaboration ability was(8.72±0.83)points,and the satisfaction score for improving rescue process application ability was(9.06±0.80)points,which were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Micro-video combined with ECS situational teaching method can better improve the comprehensive rescue skills of nurses in anesthesia department and gain recognition from nurses.
