摘 要:本研究结合基于器官系统的规范化培训案例教学改革,成立包括基础医学、临床医学、人文医学等教学专家一体化的教学案例编写团队,通过集体备课研讨,采用非虚构综合情境编写手法,以器官系统为基础,胜任力培养为导向,结合分层递进培养模式,编写真实案例基础上的研究生教学案例,为通过基于器官系统的案例教学,分层递进地培养和提升研究生胜任力培养质量奠定良好基础。With reference to the teaching reform of standardized training cases based on organ systems,a teaching case writing team has been established,integrating the teaching experts in basic medicine,clinical medicine,humanities medicine,and other fields.Through collective lesson preparation and discussion,non-fictional comprehensive scenario writing techniques have been used based on organ systems and oriented by competency development,and the teaching cases for postgraduate students were written on the basis of real cases,which lays a solid foundation for the hierarchical and progressive cultivation and improvement of the quality of competency cultivation for postgraduate students through case teaching based on organ systems.
