摘  要:该文以教学反馈为视角,分别从兴趣教学、翻转课堂、互动教学、错误管理、分层递进和教学测评六个方面分析临床病理科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的多元化教学模式,体现了教学反馈在教学模式中的应用,为临床病理科带教师资提供新的教学理念,拓宽教学思路,探索更佳的住培教学模式。Taking the perspective of teaching feedback,this paper analyzes the diversified educational models for standardized residency training(SRT for short)of clinicopathology from six aspects including interest-oriented teaching,flipped class,interactive teaching and learning,error management,step-up teaching and teaching evaluation,embodying the application of teaching feedback in them,so as to provide new teaching concept,broaden teaching ideas and explore better teaching methods for teachers to optimize the teaching process.
