摘 要:目的该研究旨在从住院医师的视角出发,探讨在不利的学习环境下,住院医师仍选择坚持学习的原因及其相关因素分析。方法对选修《围术期临床思维培训》课程的15位麻醉科住院医师进行半结构式访谈,对访谈资料进行分析整理。结果主题内容分析得出了4个核心主题:学习目标,学习兴趣,同伴选择和在线学习。结论在面对不利的学习环境时,明确的学习目标,浓厚的学习兴趣是维持住院医师学习意愿的重要因素和有力支持;同伴的选择具有较强的影响力,同伴学习有助于提升学习意愿;在线学习已获得住院医师的认可,与面授课形成良好的互补。Objective This study was aimed to explore the changes in the learning willingness of anesthesiology residents and analyze its related factors from the perspective of residents in an unfavorable learning environment.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 anesthesiology resident physicians who enrolled in the course"Perioperative Clinical Thinking Training."The interview data were analyzed and organized.Results The thematic content analysis revealed four core themes:learning objectives,learning interest,peer selection,and online learning.Conclusion In the face of unfavorable learning environments,clear learning objectives and strong learning interest are important factors and strong supports for maintaining residents'learning willingness.The choice of peers has a significant influence,and peer learning can help enhance learning motivation.Online learning has been recognized by residents and forms a good complement to face-to-face teaching.
