摘  要:作为高职中医学专业的专业基础课程及专业核心课程,中医诊断学是培养扎实中医理论功底和中医临床思维能力的核心课程之一,但教学中存在临床思维能力培养弱化、现代化教学手段运用匮乏、理论与临床联系不够紧密等问题,以问题为导向,从还原中医临床重构课程教学内容、以学生为中心改革教学方法、强化中医临床思维系统化培训、探索突出中医思维培养的考核体系等方面入手,以中医诊断学课程为例,强化学生四诊、辨证内容的有机融合与综合训练,提高课程课堂教学质量,为中医诊断学课程改革提供借鉴经验。As a fundamental and core course of traditional Chinese medicine in higher vocational colleges,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is one of the core courses for cultivating a solid theoretical foundation and clinical thinking ability in traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are problems in teaching,such as weak cultivation of clinical thinking ability,lack of modern teaching methods,and insufficient connection between theory and clinical practice.Based on problem orientation,the course content is reconstructed from the perspective of reconnecting with traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice.Beginning with a studentcentered reform of teaching methods,strengthening systematic training of traditional Chinese medicine clinical thinking,and exploring assessment systems emphasizing the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine thinking,taking the course of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis as an example,we aim to strengthen the organic integration and comprehensive training of students'four diagnostic and syndrome differentiation content,improve the quality of classroom teaching,and provide some reference experience for the reform of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis courses.
