汽修专业实训基地建设与管理策略研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的迅速发展及汽车行业对技术人才的迫切需求,中职学校汽修专业的实训基地建设及管理显得尤为重要。本研究围绕中职汽修专业校外实训基地的建设与管理问题进行探讨,首先分析了当前实训基地在资金筹集、设施配备及课程设置上的主要问题。针对这些问题,提出了构建多元化建设模式、加强实训内容与企业之间的衔接以及完善管理机制等优化策略。研究强调,通过校企合作和政府的支持,中职学校可以有效提升汽修专业学生的实操技能,进一步提高教学质量和学生的职业素养,满足行业需求。With the rapid development of social economy and the urgent demand for technical talents in the automobile industry,the construction and management of the training base of automobile repair major in secondary vocational schools are particularly important.This study discusses the construction and management of off-campus training bases for secondary vocational auto repair majors,and firstly analyzes the main problems of the current training bases in terms of fund raising,facility allocation and curriculum setting.In view of these problems,the optimization strategies such as building a diversified construction model,strengthening the connection between the training content and the enterprise,and improving the management mechanism were proposed.The study emphasizes that through school-enterprise cooperation and government support,secondary vocational schools can effectively improve the practical skills of auto repair students,further improve the teaching quality and students'professionalism,and meet the needs of the industry.
