摘  要:在我国建设教育强国的新征程上,加快提升职业院校教师德育能力是推动职业教育质量提高、培养高素质职业人才的关键。目前,职业院校教师德育能力提升方面还存在主观认知偏差、开展德育工作的客观能力不足、创新手段欠缺等问题。各职业院校应在大思政格局视角下,以“大思政”观引领职业教育“大德育”事业发展,采取强化德育认知,发挥顶层设计统领作用;打造“大德育”师资队伍;完善管理机制,发挥教师主观能动性等措施促进教师德育能力的有效提升。On the new journey of building China into an educational powerhouse,accelerating the improvement of moral education capacity of teachers in vocational col-leges is the key to promoting the quality of vocational education and cultivating high-quality vocational talents.Currently,there are challenges in enhancing the moral educa-tion competence of vocational college teachers,including subjective cognitive biases,in-sufficient objective capabilities for implementing moral education,and a lack of innova-tive methods.Under the perspective of the all-round ideological and political education framework,vocational colleges should guide the development of the“All-round Moral Education”initiative by adopting a“All-round Ideological and Political Education”viewpoint,and take measures such as strengthening moral education awareness and le-veraging top-level design leadership;establishing a strong“All-round Moral Educa-tion”teaching team;improving the management mechanism and giving full play to the subjective initiative of teachers,etc.to promote the effective promotion of teachers'mor-al education competence.
