摘 要:教学目标作为教学的灵魂,是教学的出发点和落脚点,统领着教学的全过程。通过使用NVivo 12软件对24位中职旅游服务类专业教师教学设计获奖作品中教学目标部分进行编码分析,结果显示:教师在设计教学目标时表述模式较为统一,包括知识、能力、素质目标等;在教学目标的陈述中存在把教学活动当目标、用词笼统模糊以及缺乏对认知层级的精确描述等问题。由此得出:在设置教学目标时中职旅游服务类教师应把握其整体性,正确认识表述模式的三个方面;合理区分教学活动与教学目标,语言陈述做到精确规范;注重学习结果分类的同时也要关注认知过程分级,让教学目标真正服务于中职专业课课堂。Teaching objectives,as the soul of teaching,are the starting point and foothold of teaching,commanding the entire teaching process.By using NVivo12 software to code and analyze the teaching objectives in 24 awardwinning instructional design works by tourism service teachers,the results showed that the teachers had a relatively consistent expression pattern when designing teaching objectives,including knowledge,ability,and quality objectives;There are problems in the statement of goals,such as treating teaching activities as goals,using vague words,and lacking precise descriptions of cognitive levels.From this,it can be concluded that vocational school tourism service teachers should grasp the overall teaching objectives and correctly understand the three aspects of the expression mode when setting them;Distinguish teaching activities from teaching objective statements to achieve precise and standardized expression;While focusing on the classification of learning outcomes,attention should also be paid to the grading of cognitive processes,so that teaching objectives can truly serve the classroom of vocational professional courses.
