摘  要:以学生为中心的差异化教学是高职院校食品类专业教学改革的重要方向之一。针对高职食品类专业学生的复杂化、多元化,通过差异化的教学设计,依托信息技术平台注入分层次的教学资源,依据学生特点组建学习兴趣小组,运用差异化的教学方法提升学生的理论和技能水平,充分调动学生学习的自主性和积极性,实现不同类型的学生在食品类专业发展方面的提高,从而有效提升高职食品类专业差异化教学效果。Student-centered differentiated teaching is one of the important directions in the teaching reform of food specialty in higher vocational colleges.In view of the complexity and diversity of the students majoring in food in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to make the differential teaching design,inject the hierarchical teaching resources through the information technology platform to,form the study interest group according to the characteristics of the students,promote the theory and skill level of the students by using the differentiated teaching method,fully arouse the students autonomy and enthusiasm in study,and realize the improvement of different types of students in the development of food majors,so as to effectively promote the differential teaching effect of food specialty in higher vocational education.
