摘  要:全面推进课程思政建设的背景下,高校法学专业课程思政建设大多停留在理论教学层面的探索,如何将课程思政融入实践教学有待进一步思考与完善。为了在法学专业实践教学中达到课程思政的教学目标,应当深入挖掘思想政治教育元素,提升教师课程思政能力,坚持学生的主体性,适当调整考核评价方式,以家国情怀、人文关怀、法治意识、道德修养四类思想政治教育元素为切入点开展各类实践教学活动,扎实推进实践教学课程思政育人建设,提升立德树人的育人效果。Under the background of comprehensively promoting the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,the construction of ideological and political education in law courses in universities mostly remains at the level of theoretical teaching exploration,further reflection and improvement are required on how to integrate ideological and political education into practical teaching.In order to achieve the educational goal of ideological and political education in the practical teaching activities,we should pay attention to explore ideological and political elements,improve teachers’ability of ideological and political education,insist on students’subjectivity and make appropriate adjustments to the examination method.Conduct a variety of practical teaching activities,focusing on four key ideological and political elements:a sense of national duty,humanistic concern,legal consciousness,and ethical refinement,so as to solidly promote the construction of ideological and political education and enhance the effect of moral education.
