摘  要:校企合作是高等职业教育的灵魂,产教融合是校企合作的“升级版”,是职业教育的本质属性,也是高职教育高质量发展的必由之路。文旅融合背景下,文旅新经济模式和多元化的旅游新业态对行业人才提出了更高的新要求。湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)旅游类专业依托湖州及浙江省文旅产业,适时调整专业人才培养目标与课程体系,通过与旅游行业领军企业深度产教融合,构建“校企发展共同体”,探索并实践“文旅融合、课证融通、项目贯通”的人才培养模式,取得了明显成效。School-enterprise cooperation is the soul of higher vocational education.The integration of industry and education is the upgraded version of school-enterprise cooperation,the essential attribute of vocational education and the necessary path for the high quality development of education in vocational colleges.Under the background of cultural and tourism integration,the new economic model of cultural and tourism and the diversified new tourism formats have put forward higher new requirements for industry talents.The tourism majors of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College rely on the cultural and tourism industry in Huzhou City and Zhejiang Province,adjust the professional talent cultivation goals and curriculum system in a timely manner,and build a“school-enterprise development community”by deep integration of industry and education with leading enterprises in the tourism industry.They explore and practice the talent cultivation model of“cultural and tourism integration,curriculum and certification integration,project integration”,and have achieved significant results.
