摘  要:中小学青年教师职业道德会对中小学生的学习、生活、思想意识、行为习惯的养成等方面产生重要的影响。研究其失范问题,找出成因及防范对策能够更大程度上避免因教师自身失范给学生造成不良影响和伤害,促进教师自我反思,维护教师良好的职业形象,巩固教师较高的职业地位。要引领教师提升自身师德修养,建立健全师德建设的外部支持机制,营造有利于师德建设的学校和社会环境,为教师队伍建设和教育的蓬勃发展指明前行方向。The professional ethics of young teachers in primary and secondary schools have a significant impact on the learning,life,ideological awareness,and behavioral habits of primary and secondary school students.Studying the problem of misconduct,identifying the causes and preventive measures can to a greater extent avoid the negative impact and harm caused to students by teachers'own misconduct,promote teachers'self reflection,maintain their good professional image,and consolidate their higher professional status.To lead teachers to enhance their own professional ethics,establish and improve external support mechanisms for professional ethics construction,create a favorable school and social environment for professional ethics construction,and point out the direction for the construction of the teaching staff and the vigorous development of education.
