摘 要:研究通过设计和实施系统性的本科层次职业技术教育模式,以提升学生的职业技能和实际应用能力。研究方法包括文献综述、案例分析和实证研究,结合国内外职业教育发展的经验和理论基础,提出了一种基于实践的教育模式。该模式强调实践与理论相结合,通过跨学科的实践方法和项目化教学,培养学生的综合能力和实际操作技能。同时,研究引入了能力本位教育理念,强调通过实际操作和项目成果评估学生的职业能力,而非传统的笔试和理论考试。这种模式不仅为学生提供了多样化的学习机会和职业培训,还能满足国家对高技能人才的需求,提高中国高等教育的整体水平和国际竞争力。研究发现,综合性和实用性的本科层次职业技术教育模式能够有效提升教育质量,培养适应现代职业需求的高素质人才。在高等教育研究和政策制定方面,建议政府制定支持本科层次职业技术教育的政策,提供必要的资金和资源;高校应加强与企业合作,提供实习和实践机会;教师应提升职业素养和教学能力,采用小班教学和多样化教学方式。研究的不足之处在于数据样本和案例分析相对有限,跨学科学习和研究在实际操作中面临挑战,本科层次职业技术教育模式的长期效果尚需进一步评估。未来研究应完善评价体系,创新课程模式,加强国际交流与合作,推动国内本科层次职业技术教育与国际接轨,提升教育质量和竞争力。This study explores the design and implementation of a systematic model of undergraduate vocational and technical education aimed at enhancing students’professional skills and practical application abilities.The research methods applied in this study include literature review,case analysis,and empirical studies,integrating experiences and theoretical foundations from domestic and international vocational education development to propose a practice-based educational model.This model emphasizes the integration of theory and practice,fostering students’comprehensive abilities and practical skills through interdisciplinary approaches and project-based teaching.Additionally,the study introduces the concept of competency-based education,highlighting the assessment of students’professional abilities through practical operations and project outcomes rather than traditional written tests and theoretical examinations.This model not only provides diverse learning opportunities and vocational training for students but also meets the nation’s demand for highly skilled talents,improving the overall level and international competitiveness of higher education in China.The study finds that an integrated and practical model of undergraduate vocational and technical education can effectively enhance educational quality and cultivate high-quality talents who meet modern occupational demands.In terms of higher education research and policy formulation,it is recommended that governments establish policies supporting undergraduate vocational and technical education,providing necessary funding and resources;universities should strengthen cooperation with enterprises to offer internships and practical opportunities for students;teachers should improve their professional qualities and teaching abilities,adopting small class teaching and diversified teaching methods.The limitations of this study include relatively limited data samples and case analyses,challenges faced by interdisciplinary learning and research in practice,and the
