摘　　要：高校实验室是开展实验教学和科学研究的重要场所,实验室安全事故时有发生,实验室安全必须警钟长鸣。据统计分析,引起实验室安全问题的主要原因是人为因素,探索一个系统、科学的安全教育模式迫在眉睫。总结多年实验室管理和实验教学经验,并借鉴国内外高校实验室安全教育教学的成果,提出了“课堂教学+现场教学+准入考试+实践教学+实操竞赛+课中指导+培训巩固”多维教育体系,并在学院食品专业本科生中开展全员参与、全过程覆盖、全要素囊括的实践探索。实践表明,该多维教育体系不仅可以传授全方面、实用的安全知识和安全技能,还可以有效调动学生的学习积极性,为实验室的安全生产提供良好保障。The university laboratory is an important places for experimental teaching and scientific research,and laboratory safety issues are not uncommon.Laboratory safety must always sound an alarm.According to statistical analysis,the main cause of laboratory safety issues is human factors,and it is urgent to explore a systematic and scientific safety education model.Summarizing years of experience in laboratory management and experimental teaching,and drawing on the achievements of laboratory safety education in domestic and foreign universities,this paper optimizes the multi-dimensional education system of“classroom teaching+on-the-spot teaching+admission exams+practical teaching+practical competition+guidance in class+training and consolidation”,and carries out the practice of full participation,full process coverage,all elements of the exploration in food professional undergraduates of Shaoguan University.Practice shows that the multi-dimensional education system can not only impart all-round and practical safety knowledge and safety skills,but also effectively motivate students to learn the safety knowledge,and provide a good guarantee for the safe production of the laboratory.
