摘　　要：推动劳创融合是新时代农业高职院校深化内涵建设、促进学生全面发展的应然选择,也是农业高职教育高质量发展的必然要求。基于劳创融合逻辑考量和农业高职院校“劳创融合”育人现状分析,提出强化理念认同、创新育人体制机制、构建多育融合育人体系、加强教师聘任与培训、建强劳创融合型师资队伍等实践进路,以此促进农业高职院校劳创融合育人改革见行见效。Promoting the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an inevitable choice for agricultural higher vocational colleges to deepen the connotation construction and promote the all-round development of students in the new era,and it is also an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of agricultural higher vocational education.Based on the logical consideration of integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the analysis of the current situation of integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural higher vocational colleges,some practical approaches are put forward,such as strengthening concept recognition,innovating education system and mechanism,constructing an education system of multi-education integration,strengthening teacher appointment and training,and building a strong teaching staff of integration of labor and innovation and entrepreneurship education,which promotes the reform of the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural higher vocational colleges.
