高职院校劳动教育与就业创业教育融合育人的实践路径研究

摘　　要：深化劳动教育与就业创业教育融合育人是新时代高职院校贯彻党的教育方针、增强办学育人适应性、促进学生全面发展的时代要求和有效途径。通过分析劳动教育与就业创业教育融合育人的应然逻辑和现实问题,提出加强师资队伍建设、健全融合育人机制,加强“四育”协同融合、丰富融合育人内容,加强“岗课证赛”融通、健全融合育人平台的实践新路径,以期为同类院校提高人才培养质量提供参考和借鉴。Deepening the integration of labor education and employment and entrepreneurship education is an era requirement and effective way for higher vocational colleges to implement the Party's education policy,enhance the adaptability of school-running education,and promote the all-round development of students in the new era.By analyzing the logic and practical problems of the integration of labor education and employment and entrepreneurship education,it is proposed that we should strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the mechanism of integrated education;we should strengthen the collaborative integration of“four education”and enrich the content of integrated education;we should strengthen the integration of“post course certificate competition”and improve the new practical path of integrated education platform,which provides reference for similar colleges and universities to improve the quality of personnel training.
