摘 要:随着经济发展和人民需求,中国乳业快速发展,我国已成为全球最大的乳制品市场之一。作为乳品专业核心骨干课程,在国家提倡开展新工科建设和课程思政教育的大背景下,《乳品工艺学》课程思政教育的开展已成为必然。本文以东北农业大学《乳品工艺学》课程思政教育开展为例,介绍了课程思政设计思路及具体教学改革内容,为乳品相关专业课程思政建设提供参考。With the economic development and people's needs,China's dairy industry has developed rapidly.China has become one of the largest dairy markets in the world.As a core backbone course of dairy major,the Dairy Technology course has to carry out ideological and political education when the state advocates to start the new engineering construction and ideological and political education.Taking the ideological and political education in Dairy Technology course of Northeast Agricultural University for example,this paper introduces the design ideas and specific teaching reform content of ideological and political education.It also provides a reference for ideological and political education construction in dairy related majors courses.
