摘 要:临床护理教学是护理教育体系中关键组成部分。临床护理教学的高低直接影响护理人员的学习和实践效果,间接影响护理质量及患者结局,故如何提升教学质量,培养优秀护理人才是临床护理教学人员急需考虑的问题。而分析-设计-开发-实施-评价(analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation,ADDIE)模型作为最基础的系统教学设计模型,具有以教学对象为中心,能够显著提高其专业知识及技能的优点,已较好地应用在临床护理教学中。故文章拟系统介绍ADDIE模型的发展与内涵,着重从教学对象与内容、5个研究阶段包括分析、设计、开发、实施及评价,以及应用效果综述ADDIE模型在临床护理中的应用现状及特点,为更好地应用该工具,进一步改善临床护理教学质量提供依据。Clinical nursing teaching is a key component of nursing education system.The level of clinical nursing teaching directly affects the learning and practice of nursing staff,indirectly affects the quality of nursing and patient outcomes,so how to improve the quality of teaching and train excellent nursing talents is an urgent problem for clinical nursing teaching staff.Analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation(ADDIE)model,as the most basic system teaching design model,with the teaching object as the center,can significantly improve their professional knowledge and skills.It has been better applied in clinical nursing teaching.Therefore,this paper will systematically introduce the development and connotation of ADDIE model,and the application status and characteristics of ADDIE model in clinical nursing care from teaching object and content,research stage of analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation and application effect.It provides basis for better application of this tool and further improvement of clinical nursing teaching quality.
