教育数字化视域下高校“四有”好老师的实践指向

摘  要:高等教育数字化是推进数字中国建设的必然选择、关键利器和基础支撑。高校教师是高等教育数字化转型与战略落地实施的关键软实力。在教育数字化视域下,阐释高校“四有”好老师的内涵蕴意,厘清教育数字化背景下高校“四有”好老师的现实境遇,可通过树立数字化理念,厚植教育情怀;善用数字化平台,打造育人阵地;释放数字化效能,创新育人方式;提升数字化素养,赋能教师成长等举措,培育适应数字化时代的高校“四有”好老师。Digitalization of higher education is an inevitable choice,key tool,and fundamental support for promoting the construction of a digital China.University teachers are the key soft power for the digital transformation and strategic implementation of higher education.In the perspective of educational digitization,this article explains the connotation and significance of the"Four Haves"of good teachers in universities,clarifies the real situation of"Four Haves"of good teachers in universities under the background of educational digitization,and cultivates educational sentiments by establishing digital concepts;Make good use of digital platforms to create educational platforms;Unleashing digital efficiency and innovating ways of educating people;Taking Measures such as enhancing digital literacy,empowering teachers to grow,and cultivating"four haves"of good teachers in universities that adapt to the digital era.
