摘 要:传统开闭门控制系统一般通过相对角度传感器或光电传感器方式来完成开闭门动作。然而此系统在遇堵或电机失步情况下,往往会存在开闭门控制性能不理想,导致用户体验感较差。基于此,搭建了一款基于ARM单片机的智能门开闭控制系统,用于提高智能门的控制性能。该系统首先将陀螺仪传感器集成在门上获取门开闭角度值,然后根据磁编码器模拟角度变化计算门实际开闭角度值,最后根据动态对比分析矫正开闭门角度,实现智能门精准位置PID控制。通信上并入RS232接口、串口Wi-Fi、串口蓝牙等模块到智能门系统实现兼容性考虑。通过实际产品进行功能验证发现所提系统不仅提高了智能门的精度和安全,还提高了系统兼容性,具有一定开发价值。This paper builds a smart door opening and closing control system based on an ARM microcontroller to improve the control performance of smart doors.The system first integrates a gyroscope sensor on the door to obtain the door opening and closing angle value,then calculates the actual door opening and closing angle value based on the simulated angle change of the magnetic encoder,and finally corrects the opening and closing door angle based on dynamic comparison analysis to achieve the precise position of the smart door.PID control.In terms of communication,the RS232 interface,serial port Wi-Fi,serial port Bluetooth,and other modules are incorporated into the smart door system to achieve compatibility considerations.Through functional verification of actual products,it is found that the proposed system not only improves the accuracy and safety of smart doors but also improves system compatibility,which has certain development value.
