摘　　要：新时代意味着新的国际国内格局、国家发展和社会变迁以及法治国家建设进入新阶段。在新时代背景下,法学本科教育作为法学高等教育中具有承上启下意义的重要环节,同其他领域一样需要直面诸多新挑战,对此展开深入思考具有多重实践价值。首先积极回应对法学本科教育的新要求,其次满足国家和社会发展对法学高素质人才的迫切需求,最后培育全体社会成员的法律意识,塑造人们的法律信仰。对法学本科教育的新思考聚焦于恪守以学生为本的教育教学理念;基于世界视角的开放性,取法乎上,以国际上先进的教育教学模式为镜鉴;以宽厚的人文社会科学理论为基础,理论与实务并重、法学职业伦理与法律人格并重,最终实现培养高素质法律人才的理想目标。The new era signifies new international and domestic landscapes,national development,social changes,and the entry into a new stage of building a country under the rule of law.In this context,undergraduate legal education,as a crucial link in higher legal education that connects the preceding with the following,faces numerous new challenges like other fields,and deep contemplation on this matter holds multifaceted practical value.Firstly,it actively responds to the new requirements for undergraduate legal education.Secondly,it meets the urgent demand for high-quality legal talents from national and social development.And lastly,it cultivates the legal awareness of all members of society and shapes their legal beliefs.The new thoughts on undergraduate legal education focus on adhering to the student-centered educational and teaching philosophy,adopting an open perspective based on a global view,aiming high,and using advanced international educational and teaching models as a reference,building on a solid foundation of humanities and social science theories,valuing both theory and practice,and emphasizing both legal professional ethics and legal personality,ultimately achieving the ideal goal of cultivating high-quality legal talents.
