摘  要:在高职教育提质培优和思政育人的时代背景下,医学职业院校专业课教师课堂教学能力评价体系的重构,是促进发展性教师评价完善成熟、引领教师专业发展、提高医学高职院校竞争力的切入点和落脚点。目前,现有的课堂教学能力评价体系存在一些弊端,尤其是师德师风、思政能力、职业教育特色等内容,并未量化融入指标体系。文章探讨智能时代医学职业院校专业课教师课堂教学能力评价体系重构的原因、意义以及实践思路。In the context of improving the quality and ideological and political education of higher vocational education,the recon⁃struction of the classroom teaching ability evaluation system for professional course teachers in medical vocational colleges is the entry point and foothold for promoting the improvement and maturity of developmental teacher evaluation,leading teacher professional de⁃velopment,and improving the competitiveness of medical vocational colleges.At present,there are some drawbacks in the existing classroom teaching ability evaluation system,especially the lack of quantitative integration of teacher ethics,ideological and political abilities,and vocational education characteristics into the indicator system.This article mainly explored the reasons,significance,and practical ideas for the reconstruction of the classroom teaching ability evaluation system for professional course teachers in medical vo⁃cational colleges in the intelligent era.
