数字化时代的知识转型与高等职业教育知识体系重构

摘  要:数字化时代的知识转型推动着高等职业教育的转型发展,数字化时代知识更新迭代加速,知识生产更加多元协同,知识传播更加动态开放,知识分布更加多样融合。高等职业教育现有的知识体系面临多重知识转型困境:知识迭代加速与知识体系改革缓慢的矛盾、知识多元生产与课程知识来源单一的矛盾、知识网络分布与知识组织惯性的矛盾。面向未来,高等职业教育应重新审视数字化时代的知识特征,进行知识体系重构:面向高阶人才培养,课程知识体系综合化;沟通多元生产主体,课程知识来源广泛化;适应知识分布特征,课程知识组织网络化。Knowledge transformation in the digital age drives the transformation and development of higher vocational education.In this era,the updating and iteration of knowledge are accelerating,knowledge production is becoming more diversified and synergistic,knowledge dissemination is more dynamic and open,and knowledge distribution is increasingly varied and integrated.The existing knowledge system of higher vocational education faces several dilemmas regarding knowledge transformation:the contradiction between the rapid iteration of knowledge and the slow reform of the knowledge system;the contradiction between diverse knowledge production and the single source of knowledge in the curriculum;and the contradiction between the distribution of knowledge networks and the inertia of knowledge organization.Looking to the future,higher vocational education should re-examine the characteristics of knowledge in the digital era and reconstruct its knowledge system:focusing on the cultivation of high-level talent,integrating the course knowledge system;engaging with multiple production subjects,broadening the sources of course knowledge;and adapting to the characteristics of knowledge distribution,networking the organization of course knowledge.
