摘 要:以食品化学实验课程为例,借助学习通线上平台以及鞍山师范学院虚拟仿真实验平台,开展虚实结合的食品化学实验教学实践与研究.通过对食品化学实验的教学现状分析,研究虚实结合的食品化学实验教学模式.把受时间、空间、设备等限制的实体食品化学实验转为虚拟实验进行开展,逐渐把虚拟实验融入实验课程与实践环节中.通过构建虚实结合的食品化学实验教学体系,更大限度地优化教学资源,促进创新型人才的培养.实践证明,该实验教学改革模式增强了学生主动学习的兴趣,提高了学生的综合素养和创新能力.Taking the food chemistry experiment course as an example,with the help of the online platform of Learning Platform and the virtual simulation experiment platform of Anshan Normal University,a combination of virtual and real food chemistry experiment teaching practice and research was carried out.By analyzing the current teaching status of food chemistry experiments,this study aimed to explore a teaching model that combines virtual and real elements in food chemistry experiments.Utilize virtual experiments to transform physical food chemistry experiments that were usually limited by time,space,equipment into virtual experiments,gradually integrating virtual experiments into experimental courses and practical activities.By constructing a food chemistry experimental teaching system that combines reality and virtuality,teaching resources could be optimized to the greatest extent possible,promoting the cultivation of innovative talents.Practice has proven that this experimental teaching reform model enhances students’interest in active learning,improves their comprehensive literacy and innovation ability.
