摘 要:叶绿体色素的提取分离及其定性定量辨析是高中生物学教学和历年高考考查的重点,教材中“绿叶中色素的提取与分离”实验只能对色素溶液中各色素进行粗略的定性分析而无法定量测定。本文从探讨色素提取过程中的影响因素入手,结合高中生物学实验室实际条件和高中生的实验操作水平,通过系列文献分析,提出了一种比较安全便利且适合高中生物学实验教学的叶绿体色素定量测定方法。The extraction and separation of chloroplast pigment and its qualitative and quantitative analysis are the focuses of senior high school biology teaching and the college entrance examination over the years.The experiment of extraction and separation of pigment in green leaves in the textbook only involves a rough qualitative analysis of the pigments in the pigment solution but no quantitative measurement.Starting from the factors that influence pigment extraction and based on the actual conditions of senior high school biology laboratories and the experimental operation level of senior high school students,through a series of literature analysis,this paper puts forward a safe and convenient quantitative method for measuring chloroplast pigment,which is suitable for senior high school biological experiment teaching.
