摘 要:建设教育强国,基点在基础教育,龙头是高等教育。地方师范院校作为培养区域基础教育优质师资的“工作母机”,是服务区域基础教育高质量发展的主力军。发挥好地方师范院校在服务基础教育方面的不可替代作用,是每一所地方师范院校义不容辞的职责和使命。研究认为,在教育强国建设中地方师范院校应主动担负起教育强国建设所赋予的历史使命与职责,以一流学科建设为引领,融通“师范性”与“学术性”,坚定不移地服务基础教育的高质量发展;以打造新师范为抓手,勇担服务区域基础教育高质量发展的使命;以区域教师教育联盟为依托,探索引领服务区域教师教育一体化协同发展新路径;创新服务区域基础教育高质量发展的机制与模式,发挥地方师范院校对区域基础教育发展的辐射带动作用,构建区域基础教育和教师教育互动互促、协同发展的“大教育”格局,诠释地方师范院校在教育强国建设中的价值与使命。The foundation of building a powerful country in education lies in basic education,and the leading role is higher education.Local normal universities,as the work mother machine for cultivating highquality teachers in regional basic education,are the main force to serve the high-quality development of regional basic education.It is the duty and mission of every local normal university to play an irreplaceable role in serving basic education.Research suggests that in the construction of a powerful country in education,local normal universities should take the initiative to shoulder the historical mission and responsibility entrusted by the construction of a powerful country in education,take the construction of firstclass disciplines as the lead,integrate“normality”and“academics”,and unswervingly serve the high-quality development of basic education;take the creation of new normal as the starting point,and courageously take on the mission of serving the high-quality development of regional basic education;rely on regional teacher education alliances,explore new paths for leading and serving the integrated and collaborative development of regional teacher education;innovate mechanisms and models for serving the high-quality development of regional basic education,give full play to the radiation and driving role of local normal universities in the development of regional basic education,build a“big education”pattern of interactive and collaborative development between regional basic education and teacher education,and interpret the value and mission of local normal universities in the construction of a powerful country in education.
