摘 要:聚焦浙江大学医学院临床医学五年制改革的“以岗位胜任力为导向的医学教育”人才培养目标,从国际教育学理论依据以及本院学生认可度和需求出发,探讨讨论式教学法实现该培养目标的着力点。基于我院以团队为基础的递进式学习(team-based learning,TBL)实践基础,借鉴国际教育体系中TBL的实践经验和发展方向,提出符合我院实情的TBL等讨论式教学法的实施思路,助力浙江大学医学院培养临床医学五年制教育改革,有效提升新时代卓越医学人才的培养质量。Focusing on the talent training goal of“medical education oriented by post competence”in the reform of the five⁃year clinical medicine program of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,this paper discusses the focus of the discussion teaching method to achieve this training goal from the theoretical basis of international pedagogy and the recognition and needs of students in our college.Based on the practice of team⁃based learning(TBL)in our college,and drawing on the practical experience and development direction of TBL in the international education system,this paper puts forward the implementation ideas of TBL and other discussion teaching methods in line with the reality of our college,so as to help Zhejiang University School of Medicine cultivate the reform of five⁃year clinical medicine education and effectively improve the quality of training for outstanding medical talents in the new era.
