摘　　要：基层党建工作评价体系是促进党建工作高质量发展的关键。基于新时代对基层党建工作的要求,高职院校要构建多元化评价主体、明确职责,创新评价方式、提升党建工作质量,制订党建评价标准、量化评价内容,重视党建评价结果运用、树立干事创业新风向,建立完善的党建工作评价体系,提升高职院校党建工作的水平,发挥其在发展新质生产力中的关键作用。The evaluation system of basic-level party building is the key to promoting the high-quality development in party building.Based on the demand for basic-level party building in the new era,higher vocational colleges should construct the multi-evaluation subjects to make sure the responsibility,innovate the evaluation modes to improve the party building quality,set up the evaluation standards to quantify the evaluation contents,and focus on the application of evaluation results to establish the new orientation in innovation and entrepreneurship so as to set up the favorable evaluation system in party building,enhance the party building level in higher vocational colleges,and give full play to the major function in developing the new productive forces.
