摘 要:本文深入探讨了芬兰基础教育模式及其对中国农村教育改革的启示。文章首先概述了芬兰教育模式的特点,包括其均衡的资源分配、教师专业发展的重视、学生中心的教学方法和综合性评价体系。随后,分析了中国农村教育现状,包括资源分布不均、师资力量薄弱等问题,并指出了教育改革的紧迫性和必要性。通过对芬兰模式的可行性分析、案例研究以及面临的挑战与风险的讨论,本文提出了一系列政策建议和实施策略,旨在促进中国农村教育的公平与质量提升。最后,强调了教育改革对于缩小城乡差距、培养创新人才、推动社会进步的重要性和长远影响。This paper deeply discusses the Finnish basic education model and its enlightenment to China's rural education reform.This paper first summarizes the characteristics of Finnish education model,including its balanced allocation of resources,emphasis on teacher professional development,student-centered teaching method and comprehensive evaluation system.Then,the paper analyzes the current situation of rural education in China,including the uneven distribution of resources,weak teachers and other problems,and points out the urgency and necessity of education reform.Based on a feasibility analysis,case study,and discussion of the challenges and risks facing the Finnish model,this paper proposes a series of policy recommendations and implementation strategies to promote equity and quality improvement in rural education in China.Finally,it emphasizes the importance and long-term impact of education reform to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,cultivate innovative talents and promote social progress.
