摘  要:回归25年来,澳门地区基础教育课程改革不断深入完善,课程改革的政策演进经历了承前固本、建章探索、深化发展三个阶段。综观其演进历程,呈现出四个方面的特点:政策目标上培育爱国爱澳精神、促进学生全面发展的价值取向;政策过程上总体规划指导、递进式配合推进的实施路径;政策主体上行政主导决策、多元主体协同参与的权利分配;政策载体上法律为主体、多种政策形式辅助的制度体系。为应对未来教育的发展要求,澳门地区基础教育课程改革政策应落实立德树人,延续爱国爱澳的价值目标;加强顶层设计,完善课程改革的制度框架;深化教学改革,构建时代特征的课程内容。Over the past 25 years since Macao's return,basic education curriculum reform policy and regulations in Macao region has been continuously deepened and improved.The evolution of curriculum reform has undergone three stages:carrying forward and consolidating the foundation,establishing regulations and systems,and deepening development.Throughout its evolution,it presents four characteristics.Firstly,cultivating patriotism and the love of Macao region in values as policy objectives,and promoting the comprehensive development of students.Secondly,in implementation,promoting a combination of overall planning guidance and progressive cooperation.Thirdly,allocating rights with administrative leadership in decisionmaking and promoting collaborative participation of multiple stakeholders.Fourthly,adopting an institutional system with laws and regulations as the main body and various policy forms as auxiliary.In the future,Macao's basic education curriculum reform policy could be object to moral education and continue the value goals of patriotism and the love for Macao region,strengthen top-level design and improve the institutional framework of curriculum reform,deepen teaching reform and construct curriculum content with the characteristics of the times.
