摘 要:目的探讨叙事医学课程在急诊科体外心肺复苏术(extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation,ECPR)培训中的应用。方法选取2021年12月在中南大学湘雅医院急诊科ECPR团队实操培训班的20名学员为研究对象,在传统培训方案中增加40分钟叙事医学课程,课堂上记录教学情况,培训完成后对学员进行半结构型访谈及线上匿名调查。结果叙事医学课程中学员兴趣浓厚,积极性很高,课后调查显示学员收获很大,提高了叙事倾听共情的能力,大部分学员愿意再次参加叙事医学课程或者推荐同事同伴参加此类课程。结论将叙事医学课程引入到ECPR团队培训中是一次有益的尝试,然而教学培训总时间有限,加以ECPR的知识广泛而有深度,培训内容和教学形式都很丰富,包括理论学习、技能实操、情境模拟等,今后还需要进一步的研究以优化培训教学体系,提高ECPR培训质量。Objective To explore the application of narrative medicine course in extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ECPR)training in the Emergency Department.Methods 20 trainees in a certain ECPR Training Class were selected as the research subjects.A 40-minute narrative medicine course was added to the traditional training plan,the teaching situation in the classroom was recorded,and semistructured interviews and online anonymous survey were conducted on every trainee after the ECPR training.Results In the narrative medicine course,students were highly interested and motivated.Surveys showed that the students gained a lot and improved their ability of narrative listening and empathy.Most of the students were willing to take the narrative medicine course again or recommend colleagues and peers to participate in such courses.Conclusions It is a beneficial attempt to introduce narrative medicine courses into ECPR team training.However,the ECPR training time is insufficient,the ECPR knowledge is extensive and in-depth,the training contents and teaching forms are very rich,including theoretical learning,practical skills,situational simulation,etc.So further research is needed in the future to optimize the training and teaching system and make ECPR training higher-quality.
