摘 要:以电气自动化技术专业为例,深入分析中高职衔接背景下人才培养存在的现实问题,并针对性地提出确定贯通式人才培养目标、构建“四位一体”的能力递进型课程体系、建立科学的实践教学管理机制、完善实践教学评价机制4项策略.这些措施可有效化解中高职衔接过程中的矛盾,确保教学的连续性与科学性,同时为相关专业中高职衔接人才培养模式的改进与创新提供借鉴与参考.Taking the electrical automation technology major as an example,this paper deeply analyzed the practical problems existing in the talent cultivation under the background of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education,and proposed four targeted strategies:determining the integrated talent cultivation goal,constructing the″four-in-one″progressive ability-based curriculum system,establishing a scientific practical teaching management mechanism,and perfecting the practical teaching evaluation mechanism.These measures can effectively resolve the contradictions in the connection process between secondary and higher vocational education,ensure the continuity and scientificity of teaching,and meanwhile provide reference for the improvement and innovation of the talent cultivation mode of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education in related majors.
