摘 要:“食品分析与检验”课程在教育数字化背景下以食品检验为主线,依托农产品和食品信息化追溯平台体系,采用“四练四严四强化”的教学策略,实施“三阶六步”教学过程,构建“三维四主体”的考核评价体系,融入“匠心精检测、技术助农业”的课程思政,形成“岗课赛证”通融、“三师三境”联动,大力培育食品安全文化,以食品安全文化凝聚更深层次的价值认同,涵养诚实守信文化的课程特色。培养“会检测、精技能、可追溯”的食品检验人才。The course“Food Analysis and Inspection”focuses on food inspection in the context of educational digitization,relying on the agricultural product and food information traceability platform system,adopting the teaching strategy of“four practices,four stricts,and four enhancements”,implementing the“three stages and six steps”teaching process,constructing a“three-dimensional and four subjects”assessment and evaluation system,forming a“job course competition certificate”integration,“three teachers and three environments”linkage,vigorously cultivating food safety culture,condensing deeper value recognition with food safety culture,and cultivating the course characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness culture.Cultivate food inspection talents who are proficient in detection,precision skills,and traceability.
