教育强国视域下的大学画像:价值、方法与要素

摘　　要：迈入教育强国建设的历史新征程,大学发展必然形成崭新画像。大学画像通过运用现代信息技术,掌握大学发展态势,助力大学提升内部治理能力、构建系统思维、践行社会价值。大学画像以大学为研究对象,以系统论、共生理论为理论方法,构建应用系统,为教育强国建设提供理论与应用基础。大学画像以普遍性、关键性、客观性、可获得性为要素选取原则,从价值、条件、产出三要素出发,旨在科学系统地刻画大学核心竞争力全貌。Entering a new journey in the history of building a powerful nation of education, the development of universities will inevitably form a new portrait. University portraits use modern information technology to grasp the development trend of universities, assist universities enhance their internal governance capabilities, build systematic thinking, and practice social values. The university portraits take the universities as the research objects, and use system theory and symbiosis theory as the theoretical methods to construct an application system of university portrait, providing a theoretical and applied foundation for a strong country in education. Starting from the three elements of value, conditions, and output, university portraits scientifically and systematically portray the overall picture of the core competitiveness of universities, based on principles of universality, crucial, objectivity, and accessibility.
