摘  要:“食品工厂设计”是食品科学与工程专业的核心课程之一,对于培养学生的工程能力和素养具有重要意义。结合课程的教学现状及存在问题,探索分析探究式案例法教学在课程教学中的应用。对教学案例进行选择和设计,同时对探究式案例法教学模式进行设计与实践,通过课前引入案例任务、课中问题探究引导和课后总结完善提升3个阶段教学模式的引入,有效提升学生学习主观能动性和学习兴趣,通过课堂教学形式的转变,极大提升学生探究问题及工程实践能力,教学效果明显。“Food Factory Design”is one of the core courses of the major of food science and engineering,which is of great significance for cultivating students’engineering ability and accomplishment.Combined with the teaching status and existing problems of the course,the application of the inquiry case method in course teaching is explored and analyzed.The teaching cases are selected and designed,and the teaching mode of the inquiry case method is designed and practiced.The introduction of three stages of teaching mode,including case task introduction before class,problem inquiry guidance during class,and summary after class,is perfected and improved,which effectively enhance students’subjective initiative and interest in learning.It is greatly improved the ability of students to explore problems and engineering practice,and the teaching effect is obvious.
