摘　　要：教师作为教育活动的核心参与者,其角色对生命教育的有效实施至关重要。生命教育具有多重维度,彰显人本关怀,关注生命成长。生命教育可以提升教师角色转变的自觉性,增强教师角色转变的创新性,推动教师角色转变的持续性。生命教育视角下,教师角色存在着转变的压力和挑战,教师应基于“生命立场”“情感共鸣”“生态共生”转变自身角色,以全面提升教育质量。As the core participants in educational activities,teachers play a crucial role in the effective implementation of life education.Life education has multiple dimensions,demonstrating humanistic care and focusing on life growth.Life education can enhance the consciousness of teacher role transformation,strengthen the innovation of teacher role transformation,and promote the sustainability of teacher role transformation.From the perspective of life education,there is pressure and challenge for teachers to transform their roles.Teachers should transform their roles based on"life stance,""emotional resonance,"and"ecological symbiosis,"in order to comprehensively improve the quality of education.
