摘 要:高等教育组织是社会变革发展的助推器。在每一次社会转型发展的初期,因社会环境知识需求与高等教育组织之间产生激烈的矛盾,致使高等教育组织内容与结构产生变化,即高等教育变迁。本研究通过梳理、分析不同历史时期行动者知识形态与高等教育组织同社会环境知识需求之间互动关系的变化,发现高深知识的“知识型”特质与组织变革之间存在相互作用的内在严密逻辑。即一方面,高深知识的“知识型”特质决定其高等教育组织形态的演化趋势;另一方面,高等教育的组织形态影响着其高深知识的生产路径、内容。Higher education institutions play a crucial role in promoting social progress and advancement.During the initial phases of any societal change,higher education institutions undergo modifications in their content and structure as a result of the conflict between the knowledge demands of society and the institutions themselves,known as higher education change.This study analyzes the changes in the interaction between actors′knowledge forms and higher education organizations and the knowledge needs of the social environment in different historical periods and finds that there is a strict logic of interaction between the"knowledge-based"qualities of advanced knowledge and organizational change.On one hand,the"knowledge-based"quality of higher knowledge determines the evolution trend of its higher education organizational form;on the other hand,the organizational form of higher education influences the production path and content of its higher knowledge.
