摘　　要：产教融合、校企合作是高职教育高质量发展的永恒课题,提高人才培养水平是高职院校服务地方产业和社会经济发展的重要路径。从产教融合助力高职教育“三全育人”的理论逻辑分析入手,查找企业参与高职教育“三全育人”存在的主要问题及动力源泉,分析企业参与育人的核心价值,通过夯实立德树人大格局、打造“三全育人”共同体、搭建文化育人辅助阵地、创新协同育人高效率等实施路径,激活企业参与“三全育人”的新动能,为产教深度融合背景下企业参与高职教育协同育人,提高人才培养质量提供借鉴。The integration of industry and education and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises are the eternal topics of the high-quality development of higher vocational education.Improving talent training level is an important way for higher vocational colleges to serve local industry and social and economic development.Starting from the theoretical and logical analysis of the integration of industry and education to help higher vocational education“Three All Education”,this paper finds out the main problems and power sources of enterprises’participation in higher vocational education“Three All Education”,analyzes the core value of enterprises’participation in education,and implements the implementation path of consolidating the pattern of moral education,creating a community of“Three All Education”,building a supporting position of cultural education,and innovating collaborative education and high efficiency,to activate the new kinetic energy of enterprise participation in“Three All Education”,and provide reference for enterprises to participate in collaborative education of higher vocational education and improve the quality of talent training under the background of deep integration of industry and education.
