摘 要:在当今产业升级和经济结构调整不断加快的新时代,职业教育的重要地位日益显现。教师作为职业教育教学实践的参与者和实施者,是技术技能人才培养和学校可持续发展的关键和保障。这要求职业院校教师进一步提升职业认同,以扎实的专业能力和高尚的职业情怀融入职业教育教学过程,助力职业教育高质量发展。教师荣誉体系建设是新时代推进高职院校教师队伍建设的重要环节,对于强化价值引领、促进教师职业认同、增强师德素养意义重大。高职院校可以从强化保障机制、建构评价体系、优化实施策略等三个维度出发,设计构建科学的教师荣誉体系,助力教师职业身份认同提升和师德师风建设。In the new era of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,vocational education is becoming more and more important.Teachers,as participants and implementers of vocational education teaching practice,are the key and guarantee for the cultivation of technical and technical talents and the sustainable development of schools.This requires vocational college teachers to further enhance their professional identity,integrate into the teaching process of vocational education with solid professional ability and noble professional feelings,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The construction of teacher honor system is an important link to promote the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era,which is of great significance to strengthen value guidance,promote teachers' professional identity and enhance teachers' moral literacy.Higher vocational colleges can design and construct a scientific teacher honor system from three dimensions:strengthening the guarantee mechanism,constructing the evaluation system and optimizing the implementation strategy,so as to help the promotion of teachers' professional identity and the construction of teachers' ethics.
