摘 要:教育强国建设的深入推进和目标实现离不开高质量教材的有效实践及作用发挥,教材应当成为教育强国建设的重要视点之一。教材助力教育强国建设的价值体现在为教育强国奠基、赋能和把舵3个方面。教材品质认识的似是而非、精品教材打造的急于求成和教材建设中多重利益博弈成为当前教材建设的困境所在,也让教材建设的教育强国功效折损。为此,以教材建设促成教育强国的进路在于:以教材育人价值的始终坚守强化共识、以传统与现代教材的相得益彰整合动能、以建管结合为核心抓手保障教材质量、以选编用测修的制度化实践展开协同运作、以不懈打造精品教材为目标坚守。The realization of the goal of building China into an education-based powerful country is inseparable from the effective use and value realization of high-quality teaching materials.Teaching materials should become an important focus for the construction of an education-based powerful country.Specifically,the value of teaching materials in helping the construction of an education-based powerful country finds expression in three aspects:laying a solid foundation for its education,empowering its functions and guiding the development orientation.In reality,the vague understanding of the quality of teaching materials,the overeagerness for developing high-quality teaching materials and the multi-party benefit game in the development of teaching materials have become the dilemmas of the current development of teaching materials,which also leads to the inefficiency of teaching materials in helping the construction of an education-based powerful country.Thus,the following approaches aim at promoting the construction of an education-based powerful country through the development of teaching materials:it is always necessary to adhere to enhancing the consensus on the value of teaching materials for good educational purposes,integrate the mutual good functions of traditional and modern teaching materials,ensure the quality of teaching materials through the development and management of teaching materials as the core,carry out cooperative operation in the institutionalized practice of developing,selecting and using teaching materials and always follow the goal of developing high-quality teaching materials.
