摘  要:目的探讨任务驱动联合案例教学法提高本科生中医外科学承继与创新能力的效果。方法随机选取同专业、同年级的两个本科班级分为观察组(55名)和对照组(53名),观察组采用任务驱动联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。课程教学结束后,分别对两组进行中医外科学理论知识考核、临床技能考核并填写教学调查问卷,以此作为评估学生中医外科学承继与创新能力的指标。结果观察组理论知识考核得分、教学调查问卷评分结果均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组技能考核成绩在常规消毒换药、针刺艾灸拔罐、中医膏药贴敷和中药熏洗湿敷及临床技能考核总分方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学法相比,任务驱动联合案例教学法运用于本科生中医外科学的教学中,能够加强学生对于学科传统理论知识的承继以及将理论知识与临床实际结合的创新能力。Objective To explore the application of task-driven combined with case-based learning teaching method for improving the inheritance and innovation ability of undergraduates in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Two undergraduate classes of the same major and grade were randomly selected and divided into observation group of 55 students and control group of 53 stu-dents.The observation group adopted task-driven combined with case-based learning teaching method,while the control group ad-opted traditional teaching method.After the end of the course,the two groups were assessed on the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine and filled in the teaching questionnaire,which was used as an indicator to evaluate the students’inheritance and innovation ability of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The theoretical knowledge test scores and teaching questionnaire scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The skill test scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group in routine disinfection and dressing change,acupuncture and moxibustion and cupping,traditional Chinese medicine plaster application,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and wet application,and the total score of skill test,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the application of the task driven combined case teaching method in the teaching of Chinese medicine surgery for undergraduates can strengthen the students’ability to inherit the traditional theoretical knowledge of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine and to apply the theoretical knowledge of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine to practice in combina-tion with clinical innovation.
