摘  要:实现职业教育与社区教育的共享融通,是构建终身教育体系、推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的内在要义。自社区、社会组织、社会工作者联动的视角,高职院校赋能社区教育具有丰富的价值意蕴,同时面临联动机制弱化、优势发挥不足和载体培育不多等现实挑战。基于此,高职院校需要充分发挥自身优势,在互通优质资源、打造精品课程、优化网络生态等方面着力破局,推动社区教育高质量发展。To realize the shared integration of vocational education and community education is the intrinsic essence of building a lifelong education system and promoting the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity.From the perspective of the linkage between communities,social organizations,and social workers,empowering community education in vocational colleges has rich value implications,but also faces realistic challenges such as weakening linkage mechanism,insufficient use of advantages and insufficient carrier cultivation.Based on this,higher vocational colleges need to give full play to their own advantages,strive to break through the problems in the exchange of high-quality resources,create high-quality courses,optimize the network ecology,and promote the high-quality development of community education.
