摘　　要：基于云班课辅助教学平台,探讨线上线下混合式教学模式在植物组织培养技术课程教学中的应用。对该课程教学现状进行分析,从更新教学理念、采用混合式教学模式和优化考核评价方式3个方面,对以云班课为载体的课程教学改革实施进行探讨,并对课程教学改革效果进行分析。目的在于进一步巩固学生的理论知识基础,提升实践技能水平,为推动农业复合型人才培养提供参考。The application of blended online and offline teaching model was explored in the Plant Tissue Culture Technology course based on the cloud based course auxiliary teaching platform.The current teaching situation was analyzed of this course,the implementation of course teaching reform was explored based on cloud based courses from three aspects:updating teaching concepts,adopting blended learning models,and optimizing assessment and evaluation methods,and the effectiveness of course teaching reform was analyzed.The purpose was to further consolidate students’theoretical knowledge foundation,enhance their practical skills,and provide references for promoting the cultivation of agricultural composite talents.
