摘  要:学习、研究和阐发教育家精神的根本指向在于大力弘扬教育家精神,引领每个教师切实地践行教育家精神。教师践行教育家精神是教育家精神由整体到群体、由群体再到个体的落实与转换,是教师个体通过自我修养不断提升自身教育境界的过程。教师加强自我修养是其践行教育家精神的重要依托。教师践行教育家精神的主要路径在于:正心立志,以家国情怀和弘道追求涵养自我;躬行践履,在创造性的教育实践与研究中提升境界;自我省思,在读书与写作中启智增慧;择善而从,在多维视角与交往互动中持续完善自我。The fundamental direction of studying,researching and expounding the Chinese educationalist spirit is to lead every teacher to practice the spirit.Teachers'practice of educationist spirit is the implementation and transformation of educationist spirit from the whole to the group and to the individual.It is the process by which the individual teacher constantly improves his educational realm through self-cultivation.Therefore,teachers'self-cultivation is an important support to practice the educationist spirit.The main paths for teachers to practice the spirit include:Make up their minds and determination to pursue self-cultivation with patriotism and expanding the teachings;Practice diligently to improve themselves in creative education and research;Introspect oneself to inspire and increase wisdom in the constant reading and writing;And choose the good to perfect oneself in multi-dimensional communication.
