摘　　要：该文依据高职院校教学实践经验,对高职院校体育游戏活动进行细致分析,关注其体育游戏开展现状,并对体育游戏设计要素进行系统分析,同时通过发挥教师主导作用、密切联系授课内容、紧贴教学实际要求、激发学生积极性等实践路径,将体育游戏应用到课前热身准备活动、课中巩固练习、课后放松环节中,以营造轻松活泼有趣的体育课堂环境,从而全面提升高职院校公共体育课教学的质量。Based on the practical experience of teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper conducts a detailed analysis of sports game activities in higher vocational colleges,pays attention to the current situation of their sports games,and systematically analyzes the design elements of sports games.At the same time,through practical paths such as giving full play to the leading role of teachers,closely connecting with the teaching content,closely adhering to the actual teaching requirements,and stimulating students'enthusiasm,sports games are applied to the pre-class warm-up preparation activities,in-class consolidation exercises,and post-class relaxation links,in order to create a relaxed,lively and interesting sports classroom environment,thereby comprehensively improving the quality of Public Physical Education teaching in higher vocational colleges.
