摘 要:高职学生的学习状况在学生职业能力培养中发挥着重要作用,准确把握高职学生学习状况是各项教育教学工作开展的逻辑原点,更对提升教育质量发挥着重要作用。明确阐述了学习状况的内涵,并提出学习状况应该包括学业目标、学习动机、学习效能、学习认知、自我激励5个维度。研究发现高职学生学习状况呈双峰分布,即学生学习状况呈现两个集中点,表明学生学习状况存在明显差异。进一步分析指出学生在学业目标、学习动机、自我激励3个维度呈现弱态,同时给出了解决思路。The learning status of higher vocational students plays an important role in the cultivation of students'vocational ability.To accurately grasp the learning status of higher vocational students is the logical origin of various education and teaching work,and plays an important role in improving the quality of education.This paper defines the connotation of learning status,and puts forward that learning status should include five dimensions:learning goal,learning motivation,learning effectiveness,learning cognition and self-motivation.Research has found that the learning status of vocational college students follows a bimodal distribution,with two concentration points indicating significant differences in their learning status.Furthermore,it is analyzed that students exhibit weak states in three dimensions:academic goals,learning motivation,and self-motivation,and solutions are provided.
