摘 要:采用医学教育类App“治趣”对河北北方学院基础医学院参与学科整合PBL教学的临床医学专业学生以模拟案例进行临床思维能力考核,并对其进行问卷调查,评价“治趣”的应用效果。结果显示,三年级医学生的系统性、逻辑性、精准性得分高于二年级(P<0.001),经济性得分低于二年级(P=0.001);两个年级医学生敏捷性得分均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);性别和年级是其临床思维能力的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,94.7%的医学生认为学习“治趣”平台的案例有助于提升其临床思维能力。“治趣”评价结果在一定程度上可以反映医学生分析、判断、鉴别、综合能力,可以作为评价医学生临床思维能力的辅助工具。Using the medical education App"Zhi Qu",a simulated case study was conducted to assess the clinical thinking ability of clinical medicine students participating in subject-integrated PBL teaching at Basic Medical College of Hebei North University.A questionnaire survey was also conducted to evaluate the application effect of"Zhi Qu".The results showed that the systematic,logical,and precise scores of juniors were higher than sophomores'(P<0.001),and the economic scores were lower than sophomores'(P=0.001).The agility scores of medical students in both grades were relatively low,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Gender and grade are independent influencing factors of clinical thinking ability(P<0.05).The survey results show that 94.7%of medical students believe that learning cases from the"Zhi Qu"platform can help improve their clinical thinking ability.The evaluation results of"Zhi Qu"can to some extent reflect the analytical,judgment,identification,and comprehensive ability of medical students,and can serve as an auxiliary tool for evaluating their clinical thinking ability.
