摘 要:目的探讨临床护理教师自我效能感在胜任力与角色压力间的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法选取河南省人民医院897名临床护理教师为研究对象,应用一般情况调查表、临床护理教师胜任力测评量表、角色压力量表和自我效能感量表调查自我效能感及角色压力等。结果897名临床护理教师胜任力总得分(154.69±26.06)分,角色压力总得分(114.06±23.55)分,自我效能感总得分(119.49±21.35)分;临床护理教师角色压力总分及各维度得分与胜任力得分呈负相关(r=-0.641~-0.461,P<0.01),自我效能感总分及各维度得分与胜任力呈正相关(r=0.421~0.581,P<0.01);自我效能感是角色压力和胜任力的中介变量,中介效应占总效应的25.93%。结论护理管理者应重视临床护理教师角色压力的监测与干预,同时采取支持措施提升其自我效能感,以减缓角色压力对胜任力的影响,达到提高临床护理教学质量的目的。ObjectiveTo explore the mediating effect of clinical nursing teachers'self-efficacy on competence and role stress.MethodsA total of 897 clinical nursing teachers from Henan Provincial People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling method.The general situation questionnaire,clinical nursing teacher competency assessment scale,role stress scale and self-efficacy scale were used to investigate self-efficacy and role stress.ResultsAmong 897 clinical nursing teachers,the total scores of competency,role stress and self-efficacy were(154.69±26.06)points,(114.06±23.55)points and(119.49±21.35)points respectively.The total score of role stress and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with the competency score(r=-0.641 to-0.461,P<0.01),and the total score of self-efficacy and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with the competency score(r=0.421 to 0.581,P<0.01).Self-efficacy was the mediating variable between role stress and competency,and the mediating effect accounted for 25.93%of the total effect.ConclusionsNursing managers should pay attention to the monitoring and intervention of the role stress of clinical nursing teachers,and take supportive measures to improve their self-efficacy,so as to reduce the impact of role stress on competence and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
