职业院校教师持续专业发展探究——以黑龙江省5所职业院校为例

摘  要:选取黑龙江省5所职业院校15名专职教师作为重点信息提供者,采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法,以及立意抽样调查方法等,组织黑龙江省17位专家教授进行德尔菲法讨论,通过对重点信息提供者的深度访谈等数据收集工具,对重点信息提供者提供的内容信息进行频率分析,提出了黑龙江省职业院校教师专业持续发展模型,探讨了职业院校教师持续专业发展的主要路径。Fifteen full-time teachers from 5 vocational colleges were selected as key information providers in Heilongjiang Pro-vince,and 17 experts and professors were organized to discuss the Delphi method by using the research method combining quantitative and qualitative research methods,as well as the intentional sampling survey method in Heilongjiang Province,and through in-depth interviews with key information providers and other data collection tools,the frequency analysis of the content information provided by key information providers was carried out,and the professional sustainable development model of vocational college teachers was proposed in Heilongjiang Province,and the main path of continuous professional development of teachers in vocational colleges was discussed.
